Today I Want To Talk About Labor Day 2016

The United States of America celebrated Labor Day 2016 yesterday. Many people desperately needed a day off. Many people are tired. Many people are stressed. Many people are frustrated. Many people have too many responsibilities. Many people have too much in their minds.

The workforce forgot how to work. Some workers are working too hard. These workers are working unintelligent. These workers are mindless thinking automatically like programmed robots. Multi-tasking is full of crap. In contrast, some workers are working too little. Their boredom is killing their motivation. These workers must self-discover new careers or work at another company. The labor force relies more on technology. More technical skills are required for more positions. Relying on technology too much is another subject.

There is too much stimulation. The world is more complex each passing day. We don't have to give in to today's information age complex technological workplace. The technology stimulation adds unnecessary stress. We're fatigued. We're forgetting the basics of living: work, rest, play, and talk. Finding time to do everything is not applicable in today's complex world. Superman and superwoman are gone. Be selective. We must be brave to say no to some technology. There is no need to join the bandwagon. Sometimes the old school ways are still the best.

Finally, for those who worked on Labor Day, be professional. Find another day for your Labor Day. Everyone in the United States and the world need rest.
