The Sep 2021 Costco Connection included an articled titled "Avoiding A Fall" by George Locker. Locker wrote seniors can prevent falling down to avoid injuries by exercising. Exercise prevents imbalance. Exercise requires use of muscles which keeps a person balanced. Use your muscles or lose your muscles.
I want to prevent performing the exercises on the top of the two pages from the pic above when I'm old. The common reasons people exercise are healthy weight, strong muscles, sharpen focus, flexibility, delay aging, and reduce stress. Add maintain balance to the common reasons why people exercise. I don't want to be sedentary who needs walking equipment.
