The first morning activity was grocery shopping. I noticed the music playing was 1950s. The 1950s music is better than today's best hits. Management knows marketing. The early morning customers tend to be senior citizens. The grocery store maximizes the senior citizens shopping inside. I walked around the store searching for in-store sales while listening to the 1950s music. I felt a happier morning.
My intuition tells me the grocery store doesn't play today's best hits. The afternoon and evening music selections are 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s at the latest.
